If postal services are disrupted, Tour+Med and LS-Travel will not be able to send or receive mail via Canada Post. You are invited to use other means of communication, such as our online claims portal, email, telephone, fax, or alternative courier services.<\/p>

To submit your claim, you are invited to:
\n- Submit your claim documents online, using our Claims Portal<\/a>;
\n- Send an email to claims@dev.tourmed.ca to open a claim;
\n- Call our claims services to provide your banking information so your refund can be deposited into your account rather than paid by cheque. (For safety reasons, we suggest you AVOID sending this information by email.)<\/p>\n
